01 Coverage
Requests are confirmed by phone or email within one working day. A collection slot is agreed with the seller before anyone travels.
Outside these cities a visit is arranged from the nearest inspector base, and travel time is quoted in writing before the booking is accepted.

Every visit covers the same four areas. Each finding is tied to the method used to measure it, so one car can be compared with another on equal terms.
Stored and pending fault codes read from every module the scanner can reach, live sensor values, cold start behaviour, and a road test under load.
Evidence: OBD-II scan log, freeze-frame data, road-test notes
Paint depth in micrometres taken at panel edges and centres, panel gap symmetry, bolt and seam marks, plus a lift check for structural repair.
Evidence: gauge readings per panel, photo crop of suspect areas
Module readiness, airbag and ABS status, climate and lighting functions, infotainment faults, and battery voltage under cranking load.
Evidence: module list, voltage trace, function test results
Tread depth in millimetres with DOT date, brake disc thickness against the manufacturer minimum, glass, tyres, leaks, and warning lights.
Evidence: measured values, inspector initials, timestamped notes
03 Evidence
Every file is dated, measured and labelled. The VIN is redacted, findings are sorted into three states, and each number keeps the tool reading it came from.
04 / Dispatch
A named inspector, a fixed time window and a written dossier. Nothing is booked until you confirm the scope and the price in writing.
Send the VIN, the oblast and two preferred time windows through the intake form or by phone. You receive a written confirmation of the checked systems and the total.
Coverage: requests accepted daily, including weekends.
An inspector with the diagnostic kit suited to the vehicle class is assigned to the case, and the seller is contacted to arrange site access.
Coverage: Kyiv city daily; regional routes run on fixed weekdays.
Engine and transmission modules scanned for stored and pending codes, paint depth read in micrometres panel by panel, electronics tested and the body checked from a lift.
Coverage: mobile unit carries an OBD scanner, paint gauge and lift access arrangement.
A PDF dossier with measured values, pass, attention and fail labels, plus photographs of every visible defect and the seller-stated versus measured comparison.
Coverage: sent by email; a short walkthrough call is included.
Every booking names the systems checked, the evidence recorded, and the travel cost before an inspector is dispatched. No add-ons appear after the visit.
